When we made our entrance in July 2017, our mission was fueled by the quest for the ultimate café experience, where quality coffee and consistency were more than just buzzwords. We rolled up our sleeves and crafted our own, cherry-picking the crème de la crème of beans. In 2018, we established new and even more ambitious goals. We made the decision to take the next step and start roasting. With an enthusiastic reception and excellent feedback in 2019, we took a significant leap by upgrading from our 1-kilo roaster to a 10-kilo roaster and introduced our wholesale program. In 2023, we proudly opened our second location in Boise, ID!
